I was offered a room with pleasant views of the city. The bed was good sized, a bath worked well. The location in an ideal area was magnificent and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. Really enjoyed easy check-in and late 

Magnificent location with parking onsite. Easy check in and great service.

Pleasant location in the center of the city, excellent staff, everything was excellent. The room was new-fashioned and had a large bed. Kitchenette was great and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. I liked to be in this place.  

The services were terrific. The room we booked was beautifully maintained and soundproof with facilities to have tea coffee, bath, as example as advertised. Very helpful and excellent staff did a great job.

Terrific service, parking on-site. Modern decor, good sized beds, soundproof rooms. Excellant food for all meals.

The place is gorgeous and absolutely amazing and has handy location in the very centre of Brussels.

The location was magnificent and perfect, just 5 min walk from Rue des Bouchers Street.

The service is terrific, includes good parking. They offer big size, beautifully designed rooms with even a desk, bedroom, for example.

Views are unpleasant.

Everything was amazing, helpful staff, brilliant location just off shops and restaurants, Grand Place & Metro station De Brouckere, and restaurants, the local grocery shop, the Metro, Christmas markets, waffle shops, chocolate shops and major 

Despite the horrifying incident, we must acknowledge that the location of this hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near the train station, tourist spots, shops, and grocery stores. the room itself was spacious and clean, 

Location is excellent, view from the window, bed, comfortable.

There were no declared breakfasts and no staff to contact!

Rooms were good size and the location was good.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the tiling looked like this probably wasnt the first time it happened. The complimentary tea/coffee was missing from the room.
